You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You must immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized access, security breach, or misuse of your account.

Service Tiers

The Service is offered through various subscription plans ("Tiers"), including free and paid options such as Per-Document, Professional, and Unlimited tiers. Each tier has specific usage limitations, including monthly document extraction limits, API call quotas, and data retention periods as detailed on our pricing page.

Payment and Billing

For paid subscriptions, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified in your selected plan. Payments are processed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually). By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid features until that time. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect to avoid the new rates.

Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights, title, and interest in the documents, images, and other materials you upload to the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

License Grant

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, reproduce, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, operating, securing, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

User Representations

You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process your User Content, and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service's functionality
• Circumventing security measures, rate limits, or usage quotas
• Using the Service to develop competing products or services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability and will use commercially reasonable efforts to achieve 99.9% uptime during any monthly billing cycle, excluding scheduled maintenance windows and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Accuracy Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that data extraction will be 100% accurate or complete. Extraction accuracy depends on various factors including source document quality, formatting, and the inherent limitations of AI language models. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all extracted data before use in any critical applications.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings and permanently deleting your account. Upon termination by you, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. We may also terminate inactive accounts after reasonable notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes to these Terms.

Notice of Changes

Acceptance of Changes
